INTRODUCTION
JC Pioneer Sdn. Bhd. since its inception in 1993 has been actively involved in various inter-modernism operations ranging from freighting, warehousing, transportation and custom clearance works. The company had handled beginning Mr Hamzah bin Muhammad, BKM, PJK, PPN AMN ex custom officer - (cheif) at Custom Complex Bukit Kayu Hitam since 1985 until 1998. He experienced about custom procedures and dedications with his worked, he was able to build a company with sound reputation and good will.
Today the company, under the capable leadership of Mr Hafiz bin Othman and his management team, has evolved and is recognized as an efficient leading forwarding agent.
A strategic network and offices was set up in most of the country’s northern major entry points such as Bukit Kayu Hitam and Padang Besar of the Malaysia's states, where as in Thailand, Sadao and Songkhla were the most important entry points at the southern Thailand. To provide the international networks Jc Pioneer signed up a working arrangement with the established international freight forwarding and logistics organization based in Thailand and Malaysia and utilized their overseas offices worldwide in meeting our clients’ requirements for the door logistic services particularly for project cargoes and general cargoes.
Our aim is to provide total customer care and our trained personnel is equipped with experience and expertise in the industry and are capable of creative and innovative solutions to even the most complex shipping requirements. Hence, our operations managed by the experience manpower capable in cargoes handling and custom formalities either in Malaysia or Thailand with full compliments of advanced equipment and facilities not only to serve the client requirements but also to meet challenges in the near future.
